Scam! This company is a scam! Applied to refinance our 1st and 2d mortgages and obtain a lower interest rate. Started out great. Promised low interest rate lock-in. We provided all documentation asked for, paid for the credit report and appraisal fee up front. When the appraisal came back, they had depreciated our property $15, 000 right off the bat, and then deducted another $18, 000 plus which was below the amount available to us for financing.
