Their equipment stopped working four months ago. They never sent a repair tech out as promised. Their service does not work, and they claim I must continue to pay them monthly or pay a huge cancellation fee(over $500 if you add it all up), simply because they failed to provide the service as the contract obligates them to. They invented a pack of service related lies and scenarios to pretend as though I had refused to let them perform service.
