I have been an employee of Belk in Savannah, GA for several years and injured my back while moving stock. I was unpacking boxes and could not stand back up because of the pain. A co-worker of mine was standing there and I made her aware of what was going on. She called the ASM who wrote up the report and told me to go have it looked at. I went to the ER and was then referred to the orthopedic doctors that are on our panel.
