We have been dealing with DHL, FEDEX and UPS and by far UPS IS THE WORST - they have no sense of responsibility whatsoever- our shipment was picked in the UK on friday -16th jun and still has not reached muscat/oman- we should have recd it on the 19th and today is the 21st..it seems one of the associated packages is not recd...who suffers due to the incompetence of UPS..every shipment is recd on the 5th day though we should have it on the 3rd day--all goes to prove how inefficiet they are and how easily the customer is cheated- i am referreing to AWB 1Z9W42630442929603 at the moment read full review »
