They have been charging me for a long distance services that I have never approved since August, 2010. It cost $16.88 + taxes= $22.71 a month. I noticed it May, 2011 a charge on my telephone bill. I called my telephone company they told me to call them. I called in May they were to send me a dispute paper they never did. I got charged again in June. Called them again they did send me email to were I approved this. I never approved this because my security question was mothers maiden name they said Patterson. That is not my mothers name.
