Used Shark steam mop on bruce hardwood floors with a 50 yr finish guarantee. Used steam mop and it broke down the finish on a 4 yr old floor. My warranty is void because bruce does not recommend steam cleaning. I was not aware that this would void my warranty and thought the cleaner was safe for hardwood as it states on the box of the product. Is Shark liable for this damage. read full review »
