Robert Lontkowski, with Prudential Arizona Properties in Scottsdale, AZ, was less than forthright when representing a property in Terravita, an area he lives in. When asked about the moldy smell in the home, he said it had been closed up. Similar dodges on other items followed. When our $400 professional inspector looked at the home, he said that the mold was a serious problem.
