On 6/19/11 I took my 2011 Outback into Sears Saugus, MA to have them remove my snows and remount my all-season tires. The car is only a few months old and in perfect condition. I picked up the car and stopped on my way home. When I got out of the car, I saw the rear tailgate and noticed a fist-sized dent on the bottom of the tailgate. It was not there when I dropped off the car and I was in the car the entire time until I saw the dent. Therefore, I am 100% certain the damage was done by Sears' technician.
