I have been a customer of this company for three years and it is the WORST utility company I have ever seen. When you call this company to make a payment, the automated phone service directs you to a 800 number wherein you make the payment using a credit/debit card/electronic check. Once you make the payment it tells you that the payment, if made before 3:00 p.m. is credited to your account the same day. We made a payment at 10:00 a.m. in the morning only to have the company cut off the service for nonpayment at 6:00 p.m. When I called them... read full review »
