We paid over $3000 for a new floor in our kitchen and dining room. the salesman ensured us that the floors could be installed directly over the existing floor. From the first week there were problems. The installers had to come back multiple times because they didn't have the correct parts. Within a month the floor started to flake. Then the treadles started to pop up at teh steps area and it was apparent that they were not installed properly. They sent out representatives twice to look at the floors.
