I am beyond upset about the horrendous service I've received from Sprint PCS. For the last 2 months I've had the Sprint phone plan we've paid almost 3 times the amount we were supposed because of going over in minutes. Ok so try and call to get your minutes increase-- GOOD LUCK!! Finally I get through after waiting for over an hour only to find out that for last 2 months the minutes have increase and the prices have stayed the same but NOBODY from the company has contacted us to tell us of this fact-- that's complete CRAP... read full review »
