This company is abusing the advance consent/negative option regulations. FTC states: Requires Clear and Conspicuous Disclosure of Material Terms and Conditions-Failure to disclose material terms-violates Section 5. I also have been a victim of Google Treasure Chest scam. This company is not in compliance with the advance consent/negative option and what they are doing is blatantly against the law. Please go to http://tips.fbi.gov and make a report about them. If enough of us report them maybe they can be stopped. They are counting on us victims to be passive and not report them.
