When I signed up for service on 6-20-2011, the rep didn't inform me that I needed to send in a death certificate for my deceased grandfather who owed a balance of $54.20. This was not my balance, but it was connected to my name. I received no phone call nor email stating this or that their was a hold on my account. The tech came on 6-21 and spent over 5 hours setting up service when he found out about the hold.
