I have my majicjack which is functioning well . I order my landline to be transferred to my my majicjack so I can only use the majicjack without using my landline in order for me to save. Unfortunately, everytime I use the majicjack needs to reset, so I changed my mind, so I contacted the customer service which according to theperson I talked to I have to chat with the technical support group, so I go online to chat with them, so I cancelled my order. The problem is, the cannot refund the payment because according to them that is an optional transaction for their customers and there's no way the can send back the payment.
