ACS-education services are horrible! They mistakenly hung up on me twice! They have combined my loans with out my permission and have begun paying less towards the principle and more towards the interest (something I don not believe is legal). I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I would encourage anyone else who has experienced problems with this company to do the same!
