My bill is past due because I do not receive the bill. I have tried calling but I’m always transferred to somewhere where the phone is not answered. I just spent 1 hour on the phone trying to resolve this issue. I keep calling back and the last time I asked for a supervisor and again I was placed on hold and no one ever answered. They are a phone company that does not answer the phone. How moronic is that. I have a history of horrible service from AT&T.
