I purchased a Best Buy warranty when I purchase my upright Frigidaire freezer two years ago. The freezer stopped working two weeks ago and having one year left on the warranty, I called Best Buy Service, was sent to the Geek Squad, put in an order for repair. I had moved and changed phone numbers since the purchase, so I gave them my new address and new phone number.
