My husband received a letter from CRB with an account balance from First Charge Financial, CRB is collecting on their behalf. My husband spoke with either a Ms Owens or Mrs Cline, (I was hung up on 2 times) he told her that he does not have a VISA card or credit card in his name. She kept asking questions if this could be a debit card (NO), if he has a son living with us and could have used this (NO) so she eventually said she'd have to get the voice approval recording and would call back in 1 week.
