Service is poor and when products fail they give incomplete information which is corrected by another technician after you have wasted a lot of time and money with them (I used prepaid cell phone to talk to them because modem shut down multiple times today, cutting off my internet and phone service.) I was told on more than one occasion to unplug the modem to correct the problem.
