I visited this site on 20/06/11 asking for help with finding parts for samsung camcorder, I had stated that I had used ebay without success. a 100% guarantee was given and i was advised that if i was not happy with the answer i would not have to pay. I eventually got an answer providing me with a link to ebay. I was not happy with that answer but the next day there was a $36 debit from my credit card.
