My camel "leather" sofa is ruined. When trying to lightly go over an arm to remove surface dirt, the color lifted right off! Now I have a big whitish area about 6 in. by 9 in. on that arm!... As others had mentioned, I had seen some cracking for the past few years, and had noticed some fabric backing. I suspected that the arms were not real leather, but was willing to live with it. NOW I cannot as the POS thing is terrible looking with no way to fix! This sofa cannot be cleaned! I am going to look for my sales slip and start complaining.
