I have enjoyed eating at Whataburger for years and have never had an experience like I did last night. We had an unpleasant and unsanitary experience in Sherman, Tx 1/31/2011 at around 6pm. After ordering we sat and waited for our to-go order, listening and watching as the manager and another employee socialized in the prep area while burgers sat on the countertop, wrapped and growing cold.
