In August, I found out that my LivingSocial deal could not be used the way it was described. I contacted customer service, and was told that the business would honor the coupon as I described, but I could get a refund if I wanted. When I called the business again, and they confirmed they would not honor it, so I officially requested a refund on 10/19/10.
