I have a home loan through chase and I recently fell on hard times due to a medical condition and was unable to pay my mortgage...I called chase and arranged a repayment plan once I went back to work...I had Bank of America send them my monthly mortgage payment and chase sent it back only I didn't get the money back to my account...they told me they couldn't take the payment since my house is in foreclosure...news to me.
