I recently called the Board of Social Services Section 8 Housing division in New Jersey. A client of theirs “Donna” is being supplied free housing in my apartment complex in Florence Township. This “client” was fine for the first moth, we even made friends with her and welcomed her. Over the past few months things have gone downhill at an alarming rate.
