I received a letter and check from this company that I was a lucky winner in The Publishers Clearing House 7/4/08 Sweepstakes and this was a Final Notice. They sent a check to pay the government service tax and insurance. I was to contact Barbara Howell at 778-551-0977. I called her and was told to cash the check and send the cash via a moneygram to New York. The additional money was to cover the Moneygram charge.
