This company is awful. First they refuse to cover what they should then they demand discounts from the shop doing the repairs. After they abuse the consumer and the shop, they don't pay their bill promptly. Most warranty companies pay immediately with a credit card after you fax the invoice to them. These guys have no fax machine so everything goes by US mail. Then they take 10 days to process, and then will HOLD the payment for a minimum of 60 days to pay by check which is of course mailed.
