Also bad experience with this company, ordered a Indy Colts tailgate canopy with sidewall as Christmas gift in early December 2010. Canopy delivered with no issue well before Christmas, told sidewall would be on way in early 2011. Followed up, told would be into May 2011 before saw sidewall. Followed up yet again, told would be shipped within two weeks. Nothing. Last email requesting sidewall or refund has thus far gone unanswered. Couldn't locate a phone number for the company even using address lookup. Customer service is nonexistent, would never do business with this company if known what know now. read full review »
