Horrible...when I first ordered from this company I was sent mouldy product --- ick. They replaced it though. The second time, they charged me IMMEDIATELY, but never bothered to explain that product was backlogged for weeks on end. When I did call, they said they could ship some of it...but refused to overnight it even though I had paid two weeks prior. A good company does NOT charge until a product is shipped.
