Our church placed an order in August 2010 for 100 books. Three weeks later, we still hadn't received the books, and there was no response to my e-mail, so we bought the books from another source. A few weeks later, the books showed up. I returned them (at our expense), and was told I would get a refund of the cost of the books ($480), but not shipping. Then I got an e-mail saying that I only returned two cases of books, so would only get $200 back.
