at 12:20 on 6/22 I ordered a faucet for my bathroom after speaking with Ruby. At 1:15 I called to cancel the order as my plumber said the info she supplied was incorrect. I was told that the order had processed and since it was a warehouse item in stock; the order could not be cancelled; but rather when I received it to send it back; AT AT 15% RESTOCKING FEE. i will never ever use this company again read full review »
