Their customer service is one of the worst and most ignorant I've ever experienced in years of online shopping. First, they have no number for you to contact them with, only a support desk, which would be ok, if they didn't take their precious time in answering your questions. As someone who works in a foreign organization, I'm exempt from paying sales taxes, so I told them about the problem. No response for days.
