I was directed to their site, VIA an ad on craigslist, where it said "get your CNA certification here". Before I purchased their course their customer service was great. I was emailed back promptly and they vaguely answered my questions. I signed up and to my surprise all they offer for the low price of 50$ is a list of procedures that is freely available on the internet. Now it takes 2 days for them to respond to my emails.
