Do not rent from Fox Management! they took 325.00 from our deposit refund to remove weeds from the edges of a twenty square foot yard. Which we had freshly mowed but it had been raining all month and we did to have the time to weed the edges. Charged us 45.00 to repair gate latch that was broken when we moved in and to replace bedroom key which was never given to us upon signing lease.
