I was hit by a speeding drunk driver who had Progressive Insurance and a 15, 000!.00 insurance policy!. He was traveling at 66 mph in a 35 mph zone, driving drunk and had a suspended license;. Police charged him with the accident and he was sentenced to a 2 to 5 year prison term;. Progressive Insurance paid the value of his policy, but I was out of work for 6 months, in rehab and have permanent injuries from this accident!.
