Fitness 19 - 8110W. Union Hills, Glendale, AZ closed for lack of rent payment i.e. closed by landlord. No notice to members who were referred to a non-affiliated facility in Peoria who would not honor pre-paid contracts. Challenge all to find a corporate headquarters as there is none i.e. it appears that each location is an LLC thus the potential for scam is high.
