After being a loyal customer to Charter for over 4 years, I canceled my services today. I had the worst customer service ever. The four individuals (2 service reps and 2 managers) that I spoke with to try get a billing mistake resolved did absolutely nothing to help. In fact, not only did they not help but they were accusatory. It is absolutely bad business practice.
