I moved in & the toilet wouldn't flush and by the time somebody got there it was 2 weeks... they wouldn't pro rate my rent to the day I could use the toilet. THEN my ceiling leaked from the roof damage and they are still working on that. They are trying to charge me 25.00 more for my rent then it is AND they ar trying to charge me 35.00 for a bounced check THAT NEVER bounced. They said my stove and bathroom would be fixed when I moved in and it wasn't... They are slumlords MORGAN PROPERTIES is horrible!
