I had an emergency and has to miss a scheduled lesson. I asked to reschedule without and offered to pay again and the owner responded with personal insults to me and a lecture. It was horrible. He then continued to berate me over email and took out his frustration with the perils of owning a kayak school on me. I actually signed up for the class with a friend who was still there and whose business I brought to him and offered to pay double despite having a very valid emergency - hundreds of bug bites on my body from the day before which made me ill. read full review »
