We ordered an iron front door for our new house addition on Dec. 21, 2010. As of June 20, we have received nothing but alot of lies. If we are lucky enough to get them on the phone, we hear the same story about our door is ready to ship this Friday. The have other complaints against them with defective doors, won't take phone calls, etc. We were lucky to get our money back on our credit card. Never pay cash or write a check. Now we have to order a new door & are wondering who we can trust. read full review »
