My husband & I ordered a leather lift chair, May 28th, 2011. The wait period for delivery was nearly a month. Delivery was to be June 21st, 2011 between 7am & 10am. When the clock approached 10am I got on the computer to track the delivery status, whaI found was that the chair was documented as delivered 6/21/2011 @ 7:30am. I called the 800 #, the girl on the other end started to say, that the truck was here, I stopped her and told her, "don't tell me they were here and no one home, because I had been up since 6am.
