I was approached by this company to be recognized in their directory of successful women. The cost was reasonable and I was overwhelmed and agreed to it. The following year, they called again to follow up and got my assistant who updated the information and agreed to it. At no time was a directory every delivered. Each year, the cost went up. This year, there was no phone call, no email, nothing and my credit card was suddenly billed a large amount.
