After being misled about date of delivery and 4 weeks after it was scheduled for delivery, I received only part of my shipment. Nine weeks later I still hadn't received remainder. Had to leave messages or the mailboxes were full. Rarely if ever did anyone call back. I ended up getting my credit card company to get my money back.
