Wanted to order Sidesleeper Pro Pillow (Set of 2). Site set up to be confusing and force you to order something additional. Site doesn't allow you to see what you order and confirm order, just orders it. I ended up with an additional set on order for a total of $74.94 vs an expected $39.97. Then they don't "post" order for hours so you can't fix it before it ships. No reason for no confirmation page and posting immediately. Its already in the computer for gosh sakes. read full review »
