I had signed up with this Settlement comp. A year and two months ago and thought they were taking care of my one credit card comp I owned to. Well come to find out . After a year and two months they still had not paid my credit card comp any money or even contacted them in anyway . So now I am being sued. And have tried repeatedly to talk to someone I have called every number I 've got on them and have left messages after message for someone to please call, still no reply.
