I purchased a Conair Foot Spa for an elderly friend. I purchased it at TJ Maxx for $22.00. After the first use, her feet swelled, and the bottom part of her legs were numb for a few days. The product was used properly. TJ Maxx will not offer me a refund or store exchange. Does Conair have a policy under these conditions? Thank you for our help. read full review »
