Comcast Internet Services has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. It all started 3 weeks ago when a contractor doing work at my neighbors house (where the Comcast utility box is located) cut the DSL line which goes from the Comcast box to my house. Since then I have spoken to Comcast's customer service dept. over 15 times, they have sent out 7 different technicians and I still have the same problem, their cable line has not been burried and is run over my fence and through my deck.
