I received a $9.99 data charge against one of my phones on my Verizon bill for June. This was not accepted by anyone on our plan and I would like to be reimbursed for this fee. I had to pay this to Verizon and go through a lot of red tape to help insure this does not happen again. It is a shame that anyone anywhere can just plug in any phone number with NO security code, but you have to go through so much just to get justification. Please advise how to get this fee refunded. read full review »
