Absolutely the worst. I tried a few penny bids and then looked up my credit card and low and behold there is a charge for a $99.23 dress! I didn't even see a dress. I copied my auction bids and my auctions won - sent them an e-mail. I am told by Customer Service? that they could not issue refunds and did not give refunds - only points and THAT would be through an e-mail. There was noone else I could talk to or call. I have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Beware ! read full review »
