Signed up for the triple play on 03/08 and was given an install date of 03/16. Received a call from local office to move the install to 8:00-10:00 on 03/14. Took the day off from work to be here for the installer who never showed up. At 11:00 I made my first call and was told that I would receive a call from the local office as to what occurred and when the installer would arrive -- that call never arrived.
